Filing a Complaint

Incidents of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking may be reported, or a Formal Complaint filed online through the Title IX Incident Reporting Form. A report may be made anonymously, though it may affect the ability of SU‘s Title IX coordinators to offer assistance or investigate an incident. Reports or complaints may also be sent to TitleIX@southwestuniversity.edu, which is received by SU’s Academic Operations Title IX Coordinator and School Operations Title IX Coordinators. Complaints or allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment (including sexual violence), or sexual misconduct will be handled by the Title IX Coordinators and will use the preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not) standard to determine violations of the Policy. Finally, reports or Formal Complaints may also be made directly to the Title IX Coordinators. Contact information for the Title IX Coordinators can be found by clicking on the Title IX Coordinators link.
