The College of Nursing at Southwest University recently partnered with the El Paso Chihuahuas to host a meaningful fundraiser in support of the Down Syndrome Coalition. This local nonprofit organization is making a significant impact in our community.
The funds raised are part of our students’ ongoing efforts to serve and uplift the El Paso community through action, compassion, and leadership in healthcare. The Down Syndrome Coalition was selected not only for its inspiring mission but also because its work resonates with many within our nursing student body.
We’re proud of our students for going beyond the classroom and living out the values of care, service, and community engagement.
